They sell a phone they won't stand behind, then think it's funny that you have to buy a new one then pay to activate. Guess you have to be a bro to get customer service.

I bought a phone (Samsung A21) and within the first week the phone started having issue. They ordered a replacement phone. However, they wanted to charge a fee. They offered to waive the fee and once the phone arrives. Then, they said that the fee couldn't be waived. They can keep the phone, and lose my business going forward.
