And the phone stopped shutting off on its own.My old battery seemed to be a little swollen. Before I came here, I went to my carrier, and they told me I needed a new phone. “I don't usually write reviews but decided to since my experience was so overwhelmingly good.Barbie and Lesly helped me transfer my phone back to Cricket from a different carrier. It took a very long time because of an error on the part of the other carrier. Barbie and Lesly were persistent and patient with me.
