Pitts Stop #1 Muffler Shop, Inc. is a fantastic and professional business. The shop is known for great quality muffler work and reasonable prices. Customer service is beyond awesome, with friendly, honest, and nice people who have southern hospitality. They are very honest and upfront; if they determine work is not needed, they may not even charge for a diagnostic. If they cannot fix a problem, they will send you to somebody that can. The shop operates on a first-come, first-serve basis with no appointment needed. Service can be a bit slow, but it is great service. They are highly recommended, and many customers would definitely refer everyone they know and use them again.
