“I am so thankful my car decided to break down near Ted’s. I called one other repair place nearby and they literally laughed at me and said “get ready for a big bill.” Ted was respectful and talked me through what was happening with my car in a way that made sense to someone not familiar with cars. “I had a huge construction nail in my side wall. Pulled in with almost a flat tire right before they closed. I raced in and talked with a tech, Jemare and he got his manager Effron. Both saw my tire and took action. Stayed late and made sure I got home safe. It was the night before Easter and he stayed late. Thank you both and Walmart for being amazing on purpose!!
