“It’s a pleasure knowing that when you go here Dr. Beatty and staff are top notch. We took are 1yr old boxer mix to the ER and told us she was dehydrated (correct) and that they thought she had parvo (false) even after 2 examinations. We took her to are vet and Dr Beatty immediately found she had a blockage in her intestines. To say the least I was more than willing to pay $1000 for surgery. 24 hours later she’s home and almost back to her normal playful self. If I could give 10 stars I would!!! Thank you!!”

“My wife and I visited Highland Square Family Vet Clinic (Dr. Bell) because our 10 year-old bulldog (Levi) had developed a bad limp. Dr. Bell was very thorough, took time to explain our options, and kept our concerns at the forefront. Unfortunately, the diagnosis was not a good one for our beloved boy, so we chose to end his suffering. However, we were so pleased with the compassion and thoughtfulness of Dr. Bell and James (vet tech) during a very difficult time. My wife and I were given plenty of time to make a very tough decision and ultimately say our final goodbyes so we could take our loved one home to his final resting place. I highly recommend Dr. Bell and am very grateful that we chose Highland Square Family Vet Clinic.”

In which I then started using their services. Dr. Presnell has been a great vet and also a friend over the decades. I learned a lot about animal care from him as well. He is retiring this year and I wish him well and good luck. It is now Saddle Creek animal hospital. I hope you people and new management/ownership realize you have big shoes to fill!”

“I was a bit skeptical at first making a reservation for my two pets after reading the comments and low rate on yelp, I have used many boarding places & some are really expensive! but this place is really nice, friendly and quality for money $13 per night! I went and had a tour, it was really clean & nice, it didn't smell bad like some other places I've been and they gave me options to see if I wanted my pets together or in separate cages. The room was nicely laid out, light + airy, fans on, some dogs was playing together, they was really taken care of. I always go on instincts and I trust this place to leave my frenchie and yorkie. I'm updating my review, I picked my dogs up and they seemed fine, Benny was actually eating more! They called after we got home to see how they was doing. Great place”

I’ve never been to a place like this the only down is that the people upfront don’t really know much when you call so it was a little scary for my baby, but would I take my babies there again absolutely it was great very affordable when you get there they tell you everything but over the phone. I’m sorry but they know nothing. I wish they would tell more over the phone. They educate the girls, but other than that it’s a great place I would take my two babies there again so I took two of my babies there for check ups and shots and then my one baby for a surgery so that tells you all so yes my experience was a great experience, other than that one little hiccup so a great place I would love to go again thank you for your my experience there to anybody else try TLC it was really good. “My Daughter's toy poodle has been sick, either me changing a treat to maybe chewing on a plant. Not sure what it was to be honest. I did call my vet, and explained her issue. I watched the dog it was after hours at my vet, and called my vet again. I got the Emergency vet number, and decided to take her to Park Way Emergency in Lakeland. The diaherra was extremely not good. They gave her a shot for the nausea and pills to be taken on top of food. Also, a paste to be given orally. I was relief because her stool is normal today, and she had a appetite last night for the first time in two days. She only had chicken broth for the last two days. My Vet suggested white rice and chicken for her evening meal. So, when I had her to Park Way Emergency, and asked if I could go ahead and give her what my vet (Bob Irelan Veterinary Services) recommended the white rice and chicken. Of course, Park Way Emergency said, "yes." I ? and she is much better. Thank you Jesus! The dog will be going to Germany ?? to be with my Daughter and Grandkids. I am so excited to see everyone, because they are in the Airforce and stationed in Germany ??.At least I didn't wait much longer, that is a key. My motto is 3 days, and no longer than 5 days.Including the stool, that I thought was vomit ? it wasn't.I hope this experience helps other fur babies owners.Melissa Elsass Brandewie”

“I can't believe the negative reviews so I am writing this one. Our Weimaraner was very sick a few years back, and of course it happened in the middle of the night on a weekend. It was the middle of Covid and these sweet people working late at night took such good care of my big baby. He had pancreatitis. They kept him overnight and updated me. The staff was truly amazing. They followed up with my normal vet., who then called me. I will forever be grateful.”
