“My wife and I visited Highland Square Family Vet Clinic (Dr. Bell) because our 10 year-old bulldog (Levi) had developed a bad limp. Dr. Bell was very thorough, took time to explain our options, and kept our concerns at the forefront. Unfortunately, the diagnosis was not a good one for our beloved boy, so we chose to end his suffering. However, we were so pleased with the compassion and thoughtfulness of Dr. Bell and James (vet tech) during a very difficult time. My wife and I were given plenty of time to make a very tough decision and ultimately say our final goodbyes so we could take our loved one home to his final resting place. I highly recommend Dr. Bell and am very grateful that we chose Highland Square Family Vet Clinic.”

“I love what they do and the services they offer for low cost spay and neutering..However they are quick to upcharge you for services/ items..Some are mentioned at booking others are not until you arrive that morning for the surgery, basically leaving you no choice but to accept them..I mean $20 for a cone collar is a little much, considering that you can purchase a better version than the one they sell for $8 on Amazon...Again I love what they do for fur kids, but they need to be more transparent..”

“This rating is for when they where Santa Fe and not the "new" place they are now. My late parents where using them when they where on Main street many years ago and moved over to 92. In which I then started using their services. Dr. Presnell has been a great vet and also a friend over the decades. I learned a lot about animal care from him as well. He is retiring this year and I wish him well and good luck. It is now Saddle Creek animal hospital. I hope you people and new management/ownership realize you have big shoes to fill!”

“That was my first time there. I was looking for waterless shampoo for my cat. I ended up getting wipes as a replacement, cuz they were out of the shampoo. The person that helped me was very nice an helpful in showing me where things were that I was looking for. They have all kinds of things for your pets. You can even take your pet to the store an help them pick out their toys. I really enjoyed my time there. It was very nice.”

I’ve never been to a place like this the only down is that the people upfront don’t really know much when you call so it was a little scary for my baby, but would I take my babies there again absolutely it was great very affordable when you get there they tell you everything but over the phone. I’m sorry but they know nothing. I wish they would tell more over the phone. They educate the girls, but other than that it’s a great place I would take my two babies there again so I took two of my babies there for check ups and shots and then my one baby for a surgery so that tells you all so yes my experience was a great experience, other than that one little hiccup so a great place I would love to go again thank you for your my experience there to anybody else try TLC it was really good. “I thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to My Pet!!! I heard of it and was recommended by Hannah, one of your employees, who is also my neighbor!!! The cheese on the lick pad was a new experience for Barney, and he wasn’t quite sure what to do with it!!! It did distract both of us while we waited for the doctor. Our tech did an amazing job on cleaning his infected ears and he was much happier!!! Our vet was so awesome and I really appreciated that she got right down on the floor, on Barney’s level, to examine him and interact with him!!! All in all it was a great experience and I was taught quite a bit by both doctor and tech!!! A bit pricey, but it was worth it for the service my Barney received!!!”
