“I cannot say enough good things about Care Animal Clinic and Dr. Chris Carrier. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was compassionate, patient, and genuinely kind. Every single person we encountered was pleasant, supportive, and treated us like family during one of the hardest moments a pet parent can face.
Dr. Carrier took his time, explained everything clearly, and showed true empathy—not just professionalism. He never rushed us, never made us feel like “just another appointment,” and handled everything with so much care and dignity. The staff supported us every step of the way and made an incredibly painful experience just a little more bearable.
We have been to multiple vets over the years, and this clinic stands out above the rest. The compassion, respect, and love they show for both pets and owners is something special. If you are looking for a veterinary clinic that truly cares, this is the place. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Carrier and his amazing team. Thank you for everything you did for us and our beloved pet. ??

“Wasn't sure what to get a friend for a House Warming gift, he has everything. Stopped in because I know he has 2 dogs. Got some adorable homemade doggie cookies. They were a hit! Definitely recommend!?”
“I called Pet Supermarket to find a bird food treat that I had been unable to find at 3 other pet stores I called and it was my good fortune to have Julie answer my phone call as she was not only friendly and professional on the phone but she also personally checked availability by going to the treat area to make sure it was in stock (it was) and offered to hold the product for me at their front desk (which I greatly appreciated)”
“Called around needing a nail trim for my 8-month-old puppy, and Pup Hut was the only place willing to fit her in, same day. Unfortunately, my babygirl proceeded to snap at the groomer, so I had to hold her through the service. The groomer was very gracious; she obviously loves dogs and even she even made recommendations on getting my pup socialized. Pup Hut's price for a simple nail trim can't be beat. We will be back!”
“We adopted our cat Matilda (prev Marbles) from SPCA and she was at this Petsense location. Despite me being in the store for well over an hour, Angela was very attentive, patient and friendly, and she also helped me gather everything I would need to make sure my new best friend would be happy and comfortable in her new home. I haven’t had a cat in years, so it was incredibly helpful to have someone like her there to help me out! I’m very grateful and our new friend has become a perfect addition to our family. “Great selection for all kind of pets. Have live crickets and mealworms. The only thing I disagree with is that they sell puppies and they don't carry the brand of dog food I prefer. But, they have a wide variety of foods- no grain, etc”
