The store itself is beautiful and specious in design, though it can feel overwhelming with the amount of people. Staff members are generally very helpful, professional, kind, patient, and know the products well, with service that can impress and get issues fixed quickly. However, the experience with staff is not always that good, sometimes leaving a lot to be desired, with waits for appointments and occasional poor advice. Valet service is available. It is recommended to order ahead, try the product, and return it if needed.
Staff is helpful. But always crowded. So there's always a little wait time.

wow, so impressed!! my phone was non-responsive.........all user error, but no one knew how to fix it so i drove over to the Apple store and in about 20 seconds the fix it person had me up and running again...........with a smile. I truly truly appreciate you!!!
