“After have an issue with me drive up order, I drove back to the store to go inside to get the mistake fixed ( I get it times have changed, customer service is not what it used to be) so of course I was greeted at the customer service desk with an attitude, and refused to help rectify the mistake. So I just said okay can you pls call the manager ( I was not about to start being petty with what looked to be a teenager) the manager comes over his name was "Gemini", immediately fixes the mistake, he was polite, listened, understood exactly what I needed fixing, apologetic.
