“BBQ depot replaced my AOG grill. They were prompt and fairly priced. Other companies were charging a fortune for installation and BBQ depot was totally reasonable. They were quick to order, easy to pay and showed up when they said they were coming with a reminder phone call. Their service was impressive and one of the owners actually delivered and installed by BBQ, removing the old one and putting in a new one and spent the time showing me how to work my new BBQ. He wouldn't take a tip when I offered. Totally impressed. Will definitely refer people to this company.”

I couldn’t ask for anything better! I purchased the washing machine over a year ago and it’s been running great. I’ll be heading there hopefully this week to see if they have a refrigerator. “I have to laugh when I see some of these low ratings. I have been dealing with Albers since I bought my house in Hollywood. It has been 50 years! They have always been efficient and reliable. Yes. In recent years they have been getting a little gruff. I am in sales myself and they probably get fed up with people, but I trust them and I know them and I would rather deal with honesty than with a strange salesperson at a franchise store who is artificially nice.”
“Love the kids workshop here it's so much fun, I went to the sunrise one and they were "sold out" @ 10AM so I drove to this one they were so sweet and had cookies and juice for the kids. We all made wooden gingerbread houses.”
“I’ve gotten accustom to having to track down Home Depot employees for help as they are very busy but not at the tower shops location. From start, I was greeted by an associate named Jannelle and she offered her assistance. I told her what I was looking for and she proceeded to contact the shift manager Omar as the particular item, garden blocks I was looking for was not on the sales floor. She and Omar both went to the stockroom, found the item and brought it out. I was then informed by Omar that the item had just gone on sale which made me even happier. I was really amazed by their professionalism and eagerness to help. You always hear about bad and never the good but this one was certainly one of those goods! I will definitely brave the tower shop plaza traffic congestion in the future just to go to this Home Depot location! Thank you Jannelle and Omar!”

“Well I just want to share my experience with Aaron's furniture store at first I was kind of iffy about purchase a bedroom set at first because at first I didn't like everything was tax tax tax..... But after I learn the policy & terms and making my payments on time I really really like it didn't take me long to own my furniture the staff there is great good customer service very friendly always helping so I do recommend Aaron furniture store now I have my bedroom set for almost a year come August will make a year August 2024 and so far I haven't had any issues with my furniture I would like for them to tell me how can I get the paint to my furniture cuz I got some little scratches here and there on my furniture so please guys let me know but overall I don't have any issues so thanks you guys at Aaron furniture store off of 125th and 7th Avenue ”

So i called the store. Home Depot your automated answering borders on awful. The woman who finally answered was indeed awful and would not allow me even to speak. The next woman was slightly less awful.
Home Depot have Laron start at this store first. They need professional training by an expert.
In the marketplace now doubt the big box stores rule. I am a retired electrician. I only visited this location to appease my GF. It was roughly 7pm.I prefer wholesale houses. One can get better service and better quality of goods. We will end up purchasing from Sherwin Williams. Because we have an account there.They will be able to match our choice and at a better price.
My hope is this review educates the masses.”
“We found what we needed and self checkout was a breeze. There were some employees in the warehouse but they didn’t say hi or anything. If you’re self sufficient and don’t need help you will do okay. Things were mostly organized in the store and it was pretty noisy by the shelving isle. Parking lot is pretty dark not enough lighting. Looks run down.”
