“We had an amazing experience visiting this showroom. Our consultant the charismatic Judy was very knowledgeable and provided so much detail in explaining all the appliances. lucky for us that day a chef was onsite and our son had a blast enjoying the delicious food and cookies. We did not have an appointment, I do suggest to make one and request Judy. She is the definition of luxury.”

“From start to finish, our experience with Marcelin Home Appliance was exceptional. Ordering our appliances, communicating with the staff and owner, and ultimately receiving delivery was an absolute breeze. Quite simply, nothing went wrong at any point in the process. We are currently remodeling our home and our kitchen and selected retro-style appliances from Northstar Appliances, including a mint green refrigerator, propane gas range, range hood, and a panel-ready dishwasher panel. Because Northstar builds its appliances to order, we knew there would be a wait, which fit perfectly with our timeline. Between other home projects, our kitchen installer’s schedule, and an unexpected international travel delay, we weren’t in a rush. We placed our order through Marcelin Home Appliance, paying half up front and the balance upon delivery to their store before shipment to our home in St. Petersburg, Florida. Northstar estimated approximately six months for production, and remarkably, our appliances arrived almost exactly six months to the day later. We fully understood and expected the wait since these appliances are custom-built rather than them having stocked inventory of their retro appliances. Throughout the entire process, Luis at Marcelin Home Appliance was outstanding. Most of our communication was through email, and he was always prompt, professional, and thorough in answering every question we had. We even needed to make a change to our order after it had been placed, and Luis handled it so efficiently that it never caused a single issue. A week or two before the appliances arrived, Luis contacted us with an update and estimated delivery date. Once they arrived at Marcelin Home Appliance, he personally removed them from their crates, carefully inspected them, photographed every angle, and emailed the pictures to us. Thanks to the excellent packaging and careful handling, everything arrived in absolute perfect condition. The appliances looked beautiful in the photos, but as we soon discovered, the photos didn’t do them justice. When it came time for delivery, Marcelin Home Appliance transported the appliances all the way from Miami to our home in St. Petersburg. The delivery team was just as impressive as everyone else we dealt with. They were professional, courteous, and incredibly careful while unloading and placing each appliance exactly where we needed it. Every item arrived without even the slightest blemish. When the appliances were finally uncrated, they looked absolutely stunning. Even the delivery guys gasped! I simply cannot say enough good things about Luis and the entire Marcelin Home Appliance team. Their helpfulness, honesty, professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service far exceeded anything we’ve experienced with a large big-box retailer. This is exactly why we enjoy supporting independently owned local businesses. The level of care they showed throughout the process made us feel like valued customers rather than just another order number. Their customer service truly is second to none.. If I could give Marcelin Home Appliance more than five stars, I would. They earned every one of them. Thank you, Luis and the entire Marcelin Home Appliance team, for helping make our dream kitchen a reality. We are truly”

“Luxapatio recently completed my outdoor kitchen, pergola, and pool and I’m very pleased with the final result. I want to highlight the outstanding work of Martin Murdock, my project consultant. He planned the project exceptionally well, ensured I received all the key items, and made sure the final look matched exactly what I envisioned. He was consistently on time, highly organized, and very conscientious about every detail. There were delays on the construction side due to the workload of the construction manager, which affected the overall timeline. However, the team ultimately completed the project, provided the full closing package that included warranty documentation, and ensured everything was fully operational. Overall, the craftsmanship is excellent, the final product looks great, and Martin’s professionalism made a meaningful difference throughout the process.”

“Amechef from now on is my preferred option when it comes to getting restaurant equipment. I've been researching and organizing my budget for my startup restaurant. And I am so relieved that Annemarie was there to help and orient me through my options. She asked me all the necessary questions to make sure that the equipment had the right measurements and voltage based on my local. Besides, she compared several suppliers as my options... Atosa is the way to go! They followed up with me, and delivery was fairly quick. Overall, I am very pleased and I would recommend their service to anyone. Thank you Annemarie for your great attitude and willingness to help ? We would love to have you as a customer as well once we open!”

“This is not the local HD I go to but I needed some work done in my property and the Contractor I am using goes to this location. Esther helped both of us out for like 2-days straight making sure we had everything we needed for the home remodeling project I am doing, especially because it is in another City. Esther went above and beyond to help us out and to make sure that my supplies were all order and ready to be delivered. Esther went out of her way to try and find a tile that shows ‘out of stock’, and she was able to locate it and order it for me. I am grateful that I had the this level of assistance since a project of this size and the amount of funds this takes, can be stressful and intimidating. 10/10, for Esther!”

“I give it 5 stars despite the previous reviews. Experience for yourself. They began receiving at 7 am so I got here at 7 and was quickly guided to back in 1 space to the left of the center bay. Wasn’t bad but I did have my teammate spotting me which helped out tremendously. I suggest getting there first thing in the morning so across the street parking doesn’t become and issue. I needed that space. They started offloading immediately with two forklifts so maybe they were waiting on my load but it made it much smoother. No complaints here. I read the reviews from previous people and I was nervous my entire trip ??”

“Great customer service and products. Very affordable prices and easy to get approved. I recommend Arona Home Essentials to everyone. I also suggest for loyal customers like me almost 9 years a customer at your store located on SW 8th Street and 11th Ave. Miami. My monthly payment is over $1,600 per month and never been late on a payment. Arona could show gratitude, and after reaching a certain threshold as put forth by Arona Home Essentials management, give away at least a free TV to those customers that reach that threshold. Just a suggestion.”
