She spent over two hours helping me make some wire transfers and even made me some coffee while we waited for transactions to go through. Parking was not an issue. Branch opened doors on time. Wish they were open on Saturdays.”

“This is what banking should be and USED TO BE.It is personal, private small and has all the whistles of the huge impersonal banks. I moved several people with me to this bank,because human beings are tired being treated like numbers. I dealt with Won,Nora,Norma and one more lovely lady. Every single one was attentive polite. Costumer service on the phone did the same.As a matter of fact I received a phone call from the upper management to see if all is fine or do I need more help. Anyone reading this KNOW THERE IS AN OTHET WAY TO BANK! I'm not a paid to write this. The only suggestion I have for the banks president. Please put some backround music in the bank. It is so quite inside the Aventura brunch that one can here a pin drop. I hope my friends and client, will follow me. As this is what real banking used to be.”
