“Not sure why there are so many bad reviews they have been exceptionally polite & have great customer service & I have been a pain in the behind. I’ve been going there for almost a year now & during the pandemic they have been helpful as well. Never had an issue with them thus far. I’m sure there is far worse in the Miami area.”

“This Aventura's branch is near my home ;each time I've been there my problems are solve the last time I was looking for someone that I had an appointment ,unfortunately that person is not longer working at that branch so they assign me a young girl called Tatiana.I have my doubts. I was working on my CD. but I have to say my experience was excellent, she was very professional and explains me in details all my questions. Thanks.”

I would like to note Raquel Araujo separately — she is a professional in her field. She explained the conditions for opening an account and gave advice on further interactions with the bank. “5 Stars for being the TOP WORST branch in Aventura. It takes years of not caring about customers for them to be so good at being the worst. The tellers act as rulers of the underclass (account holders) they change your request without informing you and then act as if you are a nobody. The teller's unsightly warts on his fingers sure made his arrogance even worse. Chase has my business for one reason only; I am too busy (for now) to go to another bank and move my money.”

“Their Private Client Banks are OK but not quite Swiss in nature. I tried to take some pix of this new branch and an idiot came rushing out and said, "Oh, I'm sorry, but we do not allow cameras in the bank." What a joke! This location has "new car smell" and some very helpful machines on the floor of the bank where you expect to find a teller's booth. Mercy me, should I alert the Bank Teller's Union?”

“Although there was a very long wait due to high volume of customers I had an extraordinary experience. The automated check-in process was easy, two easy steps after scanning the QR code located on top of the table. The system showed me how many people were waiting and my number on line. There was many other customers that had made appointments so the waiting time was about 30 minutes. I was assisted by Miss Nicole, a very elegant distinguished and knowledgeable banker. She was not only courteous but also very professional. I requested information about the new bank products and my concerns, she helped me and assisted me in a very efficient way. During my wait I noticed there were only two tellers available but they were very friendly and attentive to all customers!”
