I was approached while I was on line by one of the ladies that works there ..Chantelle.. an absolutely doll. She was dressed very professional and had that "smile with her eyes" look...I was definitely taken back. She had such a positive spirit and a great little sense of humor which made me feel comfortable as well. In fact due to her pleasant manner, I asked her if she had time and she's replied yes she did and I sat at her desk to take care of something I needed to do with one of my accounts.
