Citi is a bank that provides service to a high volume of customers, leading to very long wait times, with the branch often full all the time. Customers frequently wait about 30 minutes to an hour due to many people and only a few tellers available, although the automated check-in process is easy. The staff, including tellers, bankers, managers, and financial advisers, are consistently described as very friendly, attentive, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and elegant. They are client-oriented professionals who provide great, excellent, and superb service, helping with bank products, concerns, and problem-solving with an attentive attitude. However, the bank itself has a somewhat bad system for opening accounts, which takes a long time, and this delay is attributed to the system, not the staff. Some customers note that the employees appear tired from dealing with many people and sometimes difficult customers, suggesting the need for more empathy and kindness from the public, as well as better pay from the bank. Despite the crowds and system issues, many customers express deep gratitude and love banking at Citi because of the quality of the personal attention and service they receive.
Terrible customer service from each of the employees. You almost have to beg to be attended to. Before assisting me they asked me if I was a citizen!!!! A shame!
On the other hand.....if you need the attention of the cashiers, the line is at least 20 minutes.

Literally waited an hour just to be serviced . I had to make a cash deposit and they allowed everybody to skip me because they wanted a certain banker to help me . Literally cancelled my account because of this branch .
