Very helpful, knowledgeable and always there to assist without annoying the customers, but informing you about any offers or any request I may had. Will definitely be back. “Good product!I am 70+ year young and never wear a jeans in my life.Always was in a pairs of trousers and a shirt...Finally my wife talked me in to buy a pair of jeans!We went to the store and two hours later I proudly walk out with a pair of AG Jeans! After that I keep buying same cut Tellis in different colors...and love it!People in a store at Aventura mall are very professional and know their stuff. A few times they did not have in stock what I been looking for, manager called me 6 month later to let me know that it’s in stock now... SERVICE!”

“I had one mission: Purchase a bottle of Fierce cologne. While there are A&F stores in my home state of Hawaii, they markup the price of the cologne. So, anytime I'm on the continent, a visit to the local A&F store is in order.
THE STORE:
Located on the first level of the behemoth Aventura Mall, access was easy. The new look of A&F is brighter, less sexual, with background music turned down to civil listening levels. Inventory was organized and checkout lines were short.
FUN FACT:
A&F was established in 1892 as a sporting goods retailer, turning to the fashion industry in 1988.
OVERALL:
I used to be a fan of their over-priced t-shirts a few years ago, but not anymore. My taste in clothing has evolved but I still love their signature cologne.”
“I am not one to leave reviews, however, I haven't had an in-store experience like the one I had yesterday in years. Christelle was extremely patient, kind, and professional. She is knowledgeable with the merchandise at hand and sizing, she even went above and beyond to find in-store and online alternatives without me asking her to do so for my partner and I. Christelle even was so kind to inform me as to the discounts and offers Zumiez had available while checking out and even signed my partner and I up to Zumiez' loyalty program. Luke was also very patient, courteous, and professional. While Christelle was busy Luke approached me to further assist and made sure a fitting room was readily available. I will definitely be going back to Zumiez after this experience and will recommend others to do so.”

“This may be the biggest inventory store in the State of Florida . I spend lots of money at BR and shop predominantly online because they carry all Tall sizes online. I’m 5’11 with giraffe ? length limbs. ? I sometimes get a weird vibe from some staff like they’re watching me and/or listening in on my conversations using the headsets with the cashier during my returns/exchanges/refunds. I’d address that person going forward. They used to have home goods section - seems not anymore. Beautiful items lovely store!”
“I’m so sad that Gaps are mostly shut down! Only Aventura, Lincoln Rd and Dadeland! Online shops are the reason. But, if you purchase at the store (drive, park, walk took 1 hour on top of shopping) and need to exchange for a different size, you need to go back. Ugh. Wish I could return online. Can’t win.”

“Vanessa, Client Advisor at MCM Aventura Mall is AMAZING. She went above and beyond to make sure my first purchase experience with MCM was a great one. I saw the checkerboard crossbody bag in Las Vegas last November. It went on sale and then MCM did an extra 20% off sale items for Memorial Day. HOWEVER, that was the ONLY checkboard item no longer available. I contacted MCM and they said they were sold out everywhere, and that's when I called around. Orlando didn't have it, but Miami did! Vanessa texted me photos and I paid via secure payment. She boxed it up and shipped it quickly! Vanessa went above and beyond, and I really appreciate her professionalism! Thank you, Vanessa!”

“I love Lacoste fashion. I remember when I was a teenager and my parents took me to Miami Beach and I got my first Lacoste shirt at the store on Lincoln Road. This modern store in the Aventura Mall has great selection of shirts, pants and t-shirts. The list price for many of the polo shirts is around $100-120, but if you are a member of the Club Lacoste (email) you can get nice coupons that can be used at the store...good savings....”
