I bought two t-shirts, paid through my Apple Pay, my bank debited the money and they still told me that the transaction had been canceled due to an error in their system that I had to do it again. Jelly treated me poorly and of course I didn't buy again. I feel scammed and lost money

Came in on a Wednesday evening for a exchange and it wasn't crowded. The employee was super nice and helpful with my exchange. They had good selection of things and I was able to reorder what I needed to be sent home.
