“Amazing dealer and I will be back for my next watch. Short story...I bought a watch that was not able to be warrantied as reported. Marvin, was genuinely shocked and embarrassed. Without hesitation he offered to take the watch back and give me a full refund. Understand that this was a brand new watch that was sold and now was worn and he was willing to take it back and incur the loss from brand new to preowned.
How a problem is handled. is the mark of a great and reputable dealer. It's easy when there are no problems. When a problem arises so will a person's true colors show. All Marvin wanted was a happy customer and he did make me happy, and he fixed the problem.
