I came in the store today, as soon as I came in the employee gave me and my friends a stink look. I walked out as soon as I can. She came and asked if she can help us with the most horrible attitude. This was really offensive! Never coming back to this shop.

Poor Quality and Unhelpful ServiceReceived a $100+ bracelet from Karma and Luck as a gift, only for it to break within months. Contacted customer service, but they won't help without a receipt. Disappointed with the product quality and unresponsive service. Can't recommend due to the high cost and lack of support.
