It was my Doughters sweet 16 birthday and and she heard about the new Jelly beach line but did launch till 3 days after her birthday 🎈🎂... He stayed in touch with me for 1 week till the were launched today.... Not only did he hold her sizes... He and his team and a beautiful birthday presentation tray with cake macarons a Starbucks and of course a beautiful glass of champagne for my self..

“I have to really commend Laura at this Montlbanc location for outstanding customer service, and she did it all without me ever walking into the boutique. I wanted a specific pen that was no longer available online but was in stock at this Aventura location. Since I don't live close to the store, Laura sent me numerous pictures and videos of the pen beyond what was available online so that I could better evaluate it. Once I committed to the purchase she went above and beyond in her effort to help me personalize the item with an engraving along the clip that is only available if you purchase through the boutique and is not readily available online. She then sent the pen for engraving and had it shipped to me promptly via FedEx once it was complete. A wonderful experience all around.”
