“I came in to do blood testing and Shani assisted me, she was all alone and doing everything by herself and she’s a pro at what she does, it shocked me when I found out she was new because I have really hard veins and for the first time going to do a blood testing I didn’t get bruised on my arms and she was super quick and gentle and very communicative. I’d definitely come back again for testing here way more comfortable then quest. Also very clean, and super quick with service.”

“I'm very happy to have found this lab so close to home. I have a difficult time dealing with needles, and the phlebotomist, Natalia, was very understanding with my issue. She played music and talked to me during the procedure, it wasn't painful at all, but I almost fainted. She got me a cup of coffee, water and even volunteered to walk me to my car. The price for the lab work was also very inexpensive. I highly recommend this place.”

So, it is true what they say.The lady at the front desk was very polite and informative.If you are planning to flight, don't wait til the last moment to get tested, I agree with them, accuracy is priority., so plan in advance and wait for the results. You are paying for a service we'll done in a lab, not for a simple drive thru nose swab.Thanks”
“i don't appreciate how the tech nurses at Jackson health do not allow my husband in with me to do blood work, i suffer from severe phobia with needles, i have very bad veins and i need a loved one with me at all times ( I usually faint ) i will continue to bring my partner with me. overall the tech that worked with me was amazing”

“I went to Quest yesterday to have the blood test it doesn't take long time . And the nurse who draw the blood is very kind and nice to explain everything to me. I am happy that this time I don't have pain when draw the blood. I remember I had a very bad experience in Jackson medical hospital few years ago that when the nurse draw the blood , it was so painful and with a big area with bruises after that. What a bad experience with Jackson medical hospital.”
