“I have a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and have had it for several years. I used to be the guy who changed phones every other new model, going all the way back to the first Galaxy phone. When I got the Note 20, that was it, loved the phone and still love it to this day. Last week, my screen goes blank and there's nothing I can do. I know the power is on because it vibrated for some things and I could still receive calls as long as I was in my vehicle and could answer through the Bluetooth system. I took it to ATT, knowing I had the insurance. They told me they would have to replace the phone. I know there are no more Note 20 Ultras out there, so I would be upgraded to a 23 or 24. I said no to that option because I really like my phone. I get on the phone with the insurance lady who said I might have the option of walking into a store to see if the screen could be replaced. I chose that option and here is where this long story gets summed up. I walk into ubreakifix on Biscayne Blvd in North Miami. I'm greeted by a young man behind the counter and we engage in some small talk. He says they'll take it apart, see what's going on and I should be done in a couple hours. I told him I'd wait outside and get some work done on my laptop. Before I knew it, he was bringing me the phone, completely repaired. The staff at this location were very polite, personal and professional. The gentleman also provided me with some very useful information regarding manufacturer's claims of how much water a phone can handle. You would be surprised. I would recommend this location to any and all who are seeking any sort of repair to their mobile phones or similar devices.

“Hours of Operation varies. Open sign usually visible, although it seems otherwise. You have to call the number posted in front of the Store, if there's no one there. Wait is less likely to be long. The Staff is Polite, Respectful, Knowledgeable and More likely to give You great deals on Phones, services and accessories for being a Loyal customer.”

Nisey took the time to listen to my concerns about my phone plan. She didn’t rush me at all; instead, she patiently answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. It felt like she genuinely cared about helping me find the best solution for my needs. That kind of attention is hard to come by these days! In contrast to some negative stories I've heard about AT&T's customer service issues, my interaction with Nisey was nothing short of excellent.
What stood out the most was her positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond. She even helped me set up some features on my new phone that I wasn’t sure how to use.
