“I initially had an issue with an appointment at the Aventura location and was unable to attend, which caused me to miss the Labor Day promotion. As a result, the monthly rate increased to $200. When I contacted customer service, they were unable to assist me. Fortunately, I spoke with Mr. Garcia, the District Manager, who was empathetic and gracious enough to extend the Labor Day promotion. I would not have rented this unit had Mr. Garcia not gone above and beyond to make this possible. Horacio was polite and professional.”
