“This facility has the best service! We were waiting while the front desk rep, Niurka, worked with the customer ahead of us. She was incredibly patient, courteous and respectful with the difficult customer, she gave very detailed information to help them understand and answer all their repetitive and endless questions. When it was finally our turn, she was still very friendly and helpful. My family has been a customer of this facility for years. All the staff is great. The facility is always clean and well maintained, in 12 years we have never had an issue. Highly recommended”

“Needed to rent a temporary space and this facility was one of the cleanest and secure in the area. I was helped by Cielo initially and throughout my time there she was always helpful and just an overall fun person to say hello to and great to answer any questions or concerns. “It is a very clean place. There are no insects of any kind. The bathrooms always have paper and are very clean. Good climate inside, no heat and excellent lighting.I have had days of spending almost all day in there and it is perfect.There are supervisors attentive to whatever you may need.”

At the end before I took my stuff out and checked out of the storage unit, I lost my key to open the lock and the lady at the front desk helped us immediately. She was the sweetest and absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend storing your stuff here over other places!”
