“Excellent experience not once but twice! First, our Nissan Rogue transmission went out. For most, a bad transmission is a major concern. Where do you even begin? So glad we came to Transmissio Pro and spoke to Mike. He sat us down and went over our options, clearly stating the details of each option and costs associated. We made our decision and Mike went to work on it. Before you know, we get a call to come pick up the Rogue. We drove it and it was perfect ?
Just called in again as the transmission went out on my Ford. Again, Mike gathered the information he needed, he made some calls and he found that my transmission was still covered by my extended warranty (which I had purchased when I bought my used car from Ford). In my mind, that warranty had already expired (it expires in less than 3 weeks!) How happy was I when Mike called me back to tell me I was covered under warrantyfrom Ford and to have it towed there! If I could leave 10 Stars I would! If you have an issue with your transmission, or any other vehicle service you may need, do not hesitate to call!

“I recently had my 2005 Honda towed to Stoplight Tire and Auto Repair after experiencing what turned out to be a broken axle. From the moment the vehicle arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and professional. They diagnosed the issue right away and clearly explained the necessary repairs to me. My situation: The splash guards of my Prius were coming off. When I called, Mark clearly explained the challenges of getting the right parts and how to best get them if replacement was needed. He recommended they have a look first to see if they could reattach everything without replacement. They could and did for $40. This was so great as I had been fixing it with zip ties forever.”
