“I recently had my 2005 Honda towed to Stoplight Tire and Auto Repair after experiencing what turned out to be a broken axle. From the moment the vehicle arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and professional. They diagnosed the issue right away and clearly explained the necessary repairs to me. They also kept me informed every step of the way.
To my surprise, they had the axle replaced and the vehicle fully repaired in under 48 hours for a reasonable price — which is rare these days. On top of that, they went above and beyond by completing an oil change and checking/refilling all the fluid lines without me even having to ask. That level of care really stood out.

I brought my van to M&S Transmission Service after experiencing a strange jerking issue and thought it might be transmission related. The owner, Moshi, took the time to drive the vehicle with me and immediately told me he didn’t believe it was a transmission problem. He said it felt more like a fuel pressure or misfire issue and honestly told me he didn’t want to charge me for something he couldn’t fix. I took it to a mechanic afterward, and sure enough, it ended up being a faulty fuel pump losing pressure. Honest shops like this are hard to find these days. Highly recommend them for their professionalism and integrity.”

“I find the negative reviews very strange. In my personal opinion about Mr. Ortega's service, these reviews are false. I've been taking my Chevy Avalanche to this place for six years, and Mr. Ortega has never scammed us; he's always left the car in perfect condition and always lets my husband test drive it before picking out from his shop. He's also very kind and professional. I don't know why people say these negative things about him; it's neither fair nor true. In my case, up until now, he's been a very respectable and professional person. He doesn't overcharge and is very honest. He's also a very good mechanic. I've recommended him to many friends, and now they're all his clients.
