“Fantastic customer service! I had driven down to South Florida for business and my Mustang started to overheat. I called JNL and explained the situation they squeezed me into their schedule that day. They did a full digital inspection sending me a text with pictures and all the details, the Water pump was the issue they recommended also replacing the Thermostat which made sense because the car has a 100k miles on it, As a precaution I had them do the heater hose as well to avoid any future cooling problems. They replaced the water pump and the rest and got the car back to me quickly so I could drive back to Orlando. Their communication was excellent, they weren’t high pressure at all. “At Davie Motorsport they do the right thing. It's not often that you have a problem with your vehicle that results in a 2 week troubleshoot nightmare for your mechanic, and when that happens it's easy to think the fix will be any day now. No one is perfect and the initial communication got frustrating. Now, here is the important part. Once it became apparent that I was upset, Doran took full control to make sure I was both communicated with, and that the repair and wait was as painless as possible for me. I've honestly never paid a bill 3x what I originally expected with more confidence and overall satisfaction as with this shop. Anyone who tells you anything other than they did everything they could do to make sure you were treated well is either incapable of being pleased or failed to communicate properly with the shop. This shop is run professionally, takes ownership, and does right by the customer. That's all you could ever ask for in a shop. I'll certainly be back for many years.”

I have history working at Porsche and McLaren dealerships and their professionalism and cleanliness at the shop is up to par with a manufacture’s experience.Sean and his team not only completed the work in record time, but he stayed in contact with me both before and while having the car in the shop, where he completed the recommended work, searched the service history of the car to prevent doing any redundant work that had already been done, and they even caught an early misfire, that I didn’t think much of until I saw the very worn out spark plugs & would’ve turned into a bad day on the side of the road. Jason took the time to provide me tips on where to setup my transducers and thermistors to monitor data. He also took me out back to mock fit a dipstick and provided me with a spare gasket. He took the time to show me his transmission dyno that runs on the same EMS I am running on (FuelTech). Humble family owned business.
