“Ramsy is not simply good, he's a wizard. I took a bet and sent my lovely Rolex from Seattle to Miami to him - why? It had gotten two deep scratches in the lugs during a service at Rolex authorized service center (ouch). The work he did with laser refinishing was something else. The watch looks new. I have a no polish rule and he did a beautiful additive restoration while keeping the edges as sharp as factory. He even regulated the watch for no charge. He's that good that I will send my watches to him for service all the way to Miami and I can wear them in peace knowing Ramsy can keep them too shape without aggressive measures. Great artist and professional.”
