It’s not a Zara, it’s a mess.
Most items with damages or stains. Also stuff lazy and useless. They can’t find anything. Not friendly. Not helpful.

The worst zara store I've ever met. I needed two things, the manager said that he would bring them from the warehouse within 10 minutes. I waited for an hour, and then the manager said that they couldn't find them, although they said all the time that things were available. I don't recommend it.

Horrible and disorganized. Looking through some white pants in a table and all of them had coffee/soda stains! It was 11am and small crowds meaning they purposely set the pants to sell dirty. The fitting rooms were a total dumpster. The floors looked like they haven’t been cleaned in months, didn’t get to try anything on because of how filthy it was.

I’m confused as the cashier told me to cover my mouth with a mask because there a private company??
The question is that this private location is on County and State la d and do not own the land as there in a mall? So why would I need to cover, since all restrictions have been lifted and several people in the store do not have a mask??
Terrible customer service on gifts if you don’t receive a gift receipt you can’t exchange or get a refund

The attention to the public is a disaster, the people who work there are always angry. The villas are between 20 and 30 minutes to try on clothes or to pay. Returns only have a 30-day gap. If you spend a day they make you lose your money, they don't give you a solution either in the store or with customer service. A robbery!!

Great store to shop. Great selection but very busy store. On the weekends I do not recommend to go it is way too busy. The customer service needs to improve, cashiers seem uninterested and talk to each other while you are trying to pay. They are rude and push to pay and go.

I am always looking forward to shopping at Zara, but unfortunately, the experience I just got was a letdown. The security staff seemed disorganized and unfriendly, and not properly trained with the new system at all. I was stopped because the system shows my dress was not paid for even though I paid my money at the cash register and have my receipt I was not given an apology or nothing,as a person who works in law enforcement the way the security officer handle the issue was not well and I feel I was profile based on my color. I am disappointed and not sure I will ever visit this store again.

They holding line in fitting room for women , 5-6 people waiting in line , but so many extra empty rooms available. 15 min wait time? Two girls with attitude in charge, feels like they don’t want to be there. Will never go to that store ever! 👎

I like everything. The service is excellent . If something doesn't fit, you can return it. I haven't had any problems. I definitely recommend this Zara.
