ZARA is a great store to shop with a great selection. The service can be excellent, with incredible employees who go above and beyond with kindness, compassion, empathy, and professionalism. They spring into action, help customers in need, and make them feel safe, cared for, and looked after. However, the store is very busy and packed, especially on weekends. The customer service needs to improve, as cashiers can seem uninterested, rude, and push customers to pay and go. Getting help at the register is a joke due to a lack of teamwork, which means long lines and longer wait times. There are no fitting room advisors, and lines for the fitting room and to pay can be at least half an hour. While acceptable, it is a very busy store and not as complete as other ZARA locations.
Located on a 2nd floor, spacious enough, nice collection, only that the fitting room is very small and you always have to stay in the line. Besides that my favorite place to shop for a new fashion.

Love shopping in that store you can find everything you want..big selection..very buzy store so I know we need to have a lot of patience. But everyone is very helpful and understanding thank you 😊 🙏
