ZARA is a great store to shop with a great selection. The service can be excellent, with incredible employees who go above and beyond with kindness, compassion, empathy, and professionalism. They spring into action, help customers in need, and make them feel safe, cared for, and looked after. However, the store is very busy and packed, especially on weekends. The customer service needs to improve, as cashiers can seem uninterested, rude, and push customers to pay and go. Getting help at the register is a joke due to a lack of teamwork, which means long lines and longer wait times. There are no fitting room advisors, and lines for the fitting room and to pay can be at least half an hour. While acceptable, it is a very busy store and not as complete as other ZARA locations.
The young man cashier seemed confused when I mentioned my account/membership. Most Zara associates usually understand that wording immediately. It is overly literal. The interaction felt unnecessarily awkward. I hope more training sessions will be helpful to him.

Sam was the man that saved our afternoon Christmas shopping. The store was packed , and we had our hands full! Sam saw us in need and took us directly to the returns desk, got rid of all of our boxes, and helped us correctly complete the postage for our returns!! Thanks, Sam.
