“I love this cute little country store and the family that owns it. I’ve been going there for over five years now. The first things I fell in love with were the front porch/swing and their Homemade Orange swirl ice cream ? Then their fruit wines and mixes ?. This past year or so I’ve participated in some parties under their huge barn (they even offer services to help with your party ?) and at the back of the store, omg! it’s huge back there to set up some tents for parties or cookouts and even a small platform for a band!!Ya gotta go visit and check it out! At least to get some of that delicious ice cream ?and chill on the porch. Love it love it love it!?”

“This is a very organized Winn-Dixie,I'm from Miami, and every time we go thur Avon park, I have to stop there. The customer service is great. The manager in the Deli I don't remember her name, but she was great with service. Also, the managers there have great customer service. I love this store, and keep up the good work!!”

“I like shopping at this location from the other two location in avonpark, we always spend between $100 to $200 every time we go. Its always clean, neatly and the Employees are nice, but please when the rest room is out of order put a sing at the entrance of the store. So like that when the restroom is out of service, one who has a health issue can go to the other store until the restroom is useful again.”
“Food estores has the BEST baked savory pies!! They get sold quickly in the morning but you can call in advance for reservation. Their falafel sandwiches are so divine and the hummus is made fresh you can taste the quality. I absolutely love it here. Everyone is so friendly and it feels like family. Definitely recommend shopping here for fresh produce and yummy hot cooked meals.”

“When I feel the need for speed I go here! I usually find a close parking space and when I do, I can literally grab a bottle of hard liquor and be back to my car in less than three minutes. Sometimes two minutes. I kid you not! Atmosphere- This store is connected to my Winn-Dixie with the infamous Florida "Liquor Wall." This keeps us Floridians from buying hard liquor at the same time we buy our groceries because that would be an offense against God or some such crazy s**t! The store is three beautifully stocked aisles and a wall of coolers. You can buy any main-stream hard liquor you can imagine. That's what gets them four stars instead of five. If I want any kind of specialty liquor, I need to drive to the next town over to a stand-alone liquor store. Prices- Solid! My big-box store also has a liquor wall option, and the prices are virtually the same. The difference is parking and speed of purchase are much longer. Customer Service- Bim-bam-boom and your gone! It's as simple as that! These folks are my go-to place for main-stream hard liquor. Fast and cheap are a wonderful combo!”

“So I'm not the biggest fan of Walmart. But I really don't think that people are actually fans of this chain, however, I think that they're fans of the prices. This location however is better than most. The parking lot is huge and there's always plenty of spots within a short walk of the entrance. There are always carts at the front and it's easy to grab one and get your shopping done. The store itself is newer so everything is in good shape and you can tell it hasn't been around for very long. They have all the things that you would expect to see at this chain and especially for a superstore location. They did have multiple registers open, however, we usually prefer to do self checkout, which they also had available. Overall: A If you need a Walmart location, this is the one to go to. It's on the newer side and has everything you expect.”

“If this is Avon Park Florida Walmart then we drive 4 miles to it instead of Sebring FL Walmart that's just across 27 from home because it is cleaner and employees are nicer . Sorry Sebring Walmart you gotta get it together...”

“This place has the best authentic Mexican food in Avon Park. If you’re not sure about what to order ask to see the menu. The only thing is you have to walk up and order at the counter and wait for your order to be called. But very worth it!”
