Not as good customer service since the last time I was there. That person transferred to a closer location home. The Rep now there was in a hurry and made several mistakes helping my mother-in-law with her phone I had to fix for her. I am very disappointed in the service now there.

Despite having a satisfactory inventory, they are requiring customers to purchase insurance for an inexpensive phone. They did it to my 80 years old mom.
