“Had an alignment done here after purchasing tires in Naples Fl. Quick Lane spent a lot of time on our F350 with numerous attempts to fix our problem today and test driving it to be sure it’s perfect. Thomas our service writer was Mr. Customer Service taking the time to explain to us what was going on with our issue. All in all 2.5 hours later we drove home to Lake Placid happy campers. We have all our oil changes done here and other work next door. We pass by the Ford Dealership in Sebring and go 10 miles further because of the customer service here. We are always happy that we do this.”
