“This was my first time visiting MSM fight shop. I am in Miami for a vacation and was looking to buy a pair of gloves that i cant buy in Korea.
MSM had really great selections of boxing equipments especially gloves. From Phenom to Rival, their walls were filled with all different types of brands and ounces. I had chance to try on more than 30 different gloves and finally found the one that fits the most.
Andy was the kindest and most capable manager I've ever met in USA. Despite my extended stay in the store and many questions and requests, he was very supportive. He gave me a pleasant shopping experience. Thanks again for such a great experience and perfect quality product.”
“got a recumbent bike for my parents from Best Used Gym Equipment. I didn't realize after I purchased it that the standard recumbent bike was too difficult for an elderly person to climb over the center post. three months later I contacted Juan Carlos (the owner) and asked if there was anything he could do. I returned the bike and he found me a really nice one (see picture). Didn't charge me anything. Any sporting good store would have told me to go pound sand.
The service and sales people are supper nice and courteous and the store location is right next to I-95 which makes it easily accessible. I got top quality used equipment at a fraction of the price of a new one with a six month warranty. These guys are the best.”

“Read til the endIs it fun? Dear god it’s a blast. But here has been my experience. Sales is amazing. They’ll bend over backwards to sell you a $14,000 board and ship it immediately. After one short season in the northeast, mine wouldn’t start anymore. It was under warranty so I figured I’d send it back to get it fixed. The entire process took about 2 months longer than they said it would and the warranty didn’t cover anything. Communication was terrible. However, once a gentleman named Or became aware of my situation he went above and beyond to salvage my experience. He opened a line of communication and got things done for me very quickly and did everything he could to make things right. Or was a huge part of winning me back to this company when I was ready to leave it for another brand.”
“I had an amazing experience with Tomas at the new H20 Dive Center location. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to really teach and correct anything as needed. No matter your level of experience, he makes you feel comfortable asking questions. The new H20 Dive Shop is incredibly convenient, with parking right next to the shop and, most importantly, a pool onsite. The easy access to the pool was a game-changer, making the pool exam portion of the scuba certification seamless and stress-free. The pool was clean and well-maintained, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, I highly recommend working with Tomas, whether you're looking to get certified, brush up on your diving skills, or get fitted with the best diving equipment.”

“This is a curious store, where you can find a wide variety of sports clothing.The truth is that we went with a high expectation of finding clothes with Pelé logos, but the variety was quite limited.It would also be a big help if the people who work there were more cheerful and helpful.”
