TA Travel Center offers free parking and strives for cleanliness, with crew members seen power washing. The location has an exercise room, which is an amazing idea that truckers appreciate. The workers are very nice and provide quick service. While the center may not be perfect, they are making efforts to maintain a decent facility, with great mechanics and kindness shown to those in need, such as truckers with truck issues. Despite some concerns, the center is a reliable choice for those on the road, but it needs to address some safety issues, like a hole in the wall near the electric room, to ensure a safe experience for all, especially little kids.
Jacob at the TA in Baldwin was amazing. Went above and beyond patching a tire for me in the heat. Great service and humble. Definitely a person the world needs more of
