“Apartments are nice just little old. Maintenance is pretty easy to deal with and the ladies at Atrium Management are very helpful. Main complaints being random men knocking at my door in the middle of the night and the dumpster overflow is insane. You get what you pay for but overall not bad.”

“Louie was an amazing host, told him the adorable dog greeting me as I entered automatically gave you guys a 5 star! Unfortunately the 1 bdrm appt seemed much smaller than I expected for 710sq ft and the 2 bd/1ba which may come available soon is not affordable for me. Either way I am thankful for your time and hospitality today! Place seems clean and quiet and it is a Saturday so normally weekends are good to see if a place is crazy but it wasn't. Thank You again for your time.”

“I am a new resident here at Crystal Court Apts. I have really enjoyed the past 3 months. Location is great. The grounds are very clean and maintained. The complex is very quiet & no unwelcome guests roaming around. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for some peace & quite.”

“This place is really a nice place to live and it’s improving daily. Maintenance is very good and they will immediately jump on any maintenance issues. I believe there is now a courtesy office on site for after hour issues. The location of these apartments is great. Walking distance to Walmart, a few pubs, Merchant Walk Plaza also Kelly’s Recreation Center. They also have two swimming pools, but the greatest thing about living here is new management team. The manager is a wonderful person who will listen to any complaints and makes sure any issue is resolved with a smile. They have activities planned for the community and they communicate with everyone with texts about any activities. Sometimes food trucks are on site and the ice cream comes through almost daily. All my immediate neighbors are very friendly and all this makes this a good place to live.”

“Great lake too walk it's about 3 miles. They also do a lot of Marathon's on Saturday's. And if you look up Lakeland ski club they also do free shows you can find them on Facebook for there schedule.”

“You'll always find negative reviews no matter where you go, but I have nothing except praise for this place. Unfortunately, I have to move away due to circumstances changing, but you should know the management here is fantastic (shoutout to Amanda!) Every single time I've needed something repaired or looked at they promptly send someone to come fix it. Every time I've had a question, Amanda is patient to explain and help me understand. The community washers and dryers are inexpensive and always work, the garbage is always picked up in a timely manner and never overflowing, and I think I've literally seen two or three bugs in the entire year I've lived here (No big deal, that's life!) Barring the potential of unsavory neighbors (which no one can control), I'd say Emerald Run is a nice, quiet place to live that's close to basically everything in town. What more could you want? Highly recommended!”

“I have lived here for over a year and have enjoyed most every aspect! You will see reviews about kids being loud but in my opinion it’s just kids being kids. They have never been rude to me and tend to mind their own business. They just play outside like most kids do. There is often trash left out that can be frustrating. Chip bags, soda bottles, stuff like that.
The staff is very friendly and quick to answer requests. Maintenance requests are taken care of really quickly and efficiently. I have not had an issue with the dumpster being too full the past couple of months. This did used to be an issue but it has gotten much better!
Overall, I really enjoy living here! It’s a nice little place with friendly neighbors.”

“I have lived here for about a year. I am disabled and over age 55. I was given the option to move into a new, upgraded apt at a market rent, which was $799 per month. This includes water and electric. I am on Social Security and fixed income. I cannot work anymore. The management and the new owners are planning on raising my rent to probably $899. That is what they are getting with new people moving in. Though people on the top two floors pay $1000 plus per month. Those apartments have more upgrades.

I like my apartment and feel safe living here, but I am upset, because, if they raise my rent, I will not have money for food. The new owners are predators, who own high rent luxury apartments all over the country, and they want to stick it to us, here too. That is the primary reason they bought this place.

This place is not worth what they want to charge. There are basically no amenities. We don’t even have a washer dryer. The gym is a joke. No pool. The grounds are not well kept. This is a very old building that has a serious problem with roaches and other pests.

I advise you to look elsewhere to another place where the owners aren’t seeing dollar signs.”

“I forgot his name but he was polite and let me know what was going on and the issue took a few hours to get someone...like 2 or 3 but still quick in my book and still awesome because finished with success before it got too hot 8n the day. THAT was the most important part!”
