The staff was very helpful and patient, offered specific tools and assistance to remove or install battery and auto parts. Store was clean, thorough job and five star service. Service exceeds expectations, going above and beyond and makes smile. Staff helped with lights and provided assistance. Always offered a very pleased service. Visited store was very pleased with service and staff.
Bartow AutoZone is the best of the best. They always go out of their way above and beyond to provide the best customer service. Especially that Carlos. I always feel welcome, educated and taken care of. I cannot say the same for other part stores.
