“Good folk running the place, remember it's what they say that go's it dosnt do you well for arguing with them. They try to close 30 min prior for closing procedures and checking the yard to close on time, don't take forever and push your luck as they want to go home. It may be a business (which they run well) but they are people who have family and friends to get to”
“I picked Bartow Ford because of their reputation for 5 star body work. The damage to my truck was minor...but I wanted it repaired..correctly. It was. On my survey I left a comment that I need to retract. I thought that one of the stake hole covers had been lost. It was more of an annoyance than anything. The other day I found the missing part...in the truck. So all is well. The repair is great...the customer service was excellent...and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Hopefully I will never have to use them again. Thank you Bartow Ford Body Shop.”

“Expensive but efficient! And they won't do anything without you telling them first. I asked for a diagnostic and got a diagnostic. A diagnostic check is $210, and they check electric separate so if you want a diagnostic for anything electric that's another $210. But if you have a Ford vehicle and no other place knows what to do then come here and get it done! The building is very clean and comfortable with two waiting areas, and there's plenty of windows so you can check your car.”

The mechanic actually came up with a great option and my husband was thrilled. They even helped me retrieve a set of keys I accidentally dropped in the storm drain. “Luis was extremely helpful, professional and courteous! We had a tire issue and are from Tennessee. He got us right in at 7 am. He evaluated the tire and rather than trying to sell us a whole set of tires (which he could have done!), he removed the offending rock from the tread. He even already had the spare tire ready to install, but since it wasn’t needed, he cheerfully put the spare back into the bracket and wished us well! If we lived here in Bartow, this would be our go-to place for tires and auto care! The honesty and true customer service went way above and beyond our expectations!”
