Aaron kept me informed by calling me two to three times per week for the three weeks my wife's car was in the shop. They went to great lengths to find a backordered transmission and made every effort to keep the cost down for us, and reduced our original quote by $500. This was no lie a pretty painless auto buying experience. We were in and out in no time and left with the vehicle we wanted. Melisa was super easy to work with and never left our side. She never once just passed us from person to person. I was quite impressed. My time is valuable, and I didn't feel as if I was needlessly drug from waiting area to waiting area. It was refreshingly nice.

I took 2 very meticulously detailed vehicles in for routine maintenance, oil changes for both vehicles and new breaks on the other. I had an appointment but neither of my vehicles were taken back for an hour. After sitting around for hours the service writer told me they accidentally destroyed my break calipers and that the dealership was going to be replacing them after they messed up, then tried to sell me on more servics. Finally after waiting over 4 hours and spending more than $850.00 I get the vehicles back filthy. Greasy black hand prints all over the exteriors, and one had black slimy grease all over the interior as well. No plastic on the seats, no paper floor mats. Black grease all over the steering wheel, interior door, drivers seat, and gear shifter. My hands turned black and so did my clothes after getting into the vehicle and touching it. I asked two different people to speak to the service manager Brian Jones, and he never made an appearance. I was actually referred to the dealership by someone who said to ask for him. Worst service experience ever. And still no call from the management team. Photo shows both vehicles just 30 minutes before they went to the service department on 9-11-2024

Bartow Ford customer service? Is all about the money. My truck had a rattle noise at 1000rpm. I took my vehicle to Bartow Ford for software update and I told them about the rattle. I was told I had to pay 220 dollars to for the technician to have my truck diagnosed plus the cost of parts and labor. Turns out the clamps that hold the heat shield against the muffler were broken. I replaced them for 10 dollars in less than 5 minutes. Bartow Ford you manage to disappoint another customer.

Bartow Ford has to be the best Ford dealership I have been too. They are very freindly and go out of there way to make sure you get what you need in your car purchase.
