I cannot recommend Mrs. D’s Flower Shop enough! I accidentally entered the wrong delivery address when placing my order, and I was so stressed thinking the delivery would be ruined. Instead of brushing it off, they truly went above and beyond to help me fix it.
They were kind, understanding, and incredibly professional. Not only did they correct the address, but they made sure the flowers were delivered the very next day without any hassle. That level of customer service is rare these days.
The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and fresh, and the entire experience turned what could have been a disaster into something seamless and positive.
