“Ordered flowers for my daughter‘s birthday and described my daughter and her interests so they would have an idea of flowers and the vibe I wanted for the arrangement. To say that I’ve never felt more heard is an understatement. When I picked up the order, they had added special items not typically found in arrangements just to make it a more custom bouquet for her! My daughter was so surprised and loved the extra thought they put into it! It was beautiful and super appreciated!”

I cannot recommend Mrs. D’s Flower Shop enough! I accidentally entered the wrong delivery address when placing my order, and I was so stressed thinking the delivery would be ruined. Instead of brushing it off, they truly went above and beyond to help me fix it.
They were kind, understanding, and incredibly professional. Not only did they correct the address, but they made sure the flowers were delivered the very next day without any hassle. That level of customer service is rare these days.
