We went back to get my ring resized and dealt directly with Madi the owner and he was so sweet. We recently bought our wedding bands from him and had my ring serviced. Recently, I went in to purchase SS necklace extenders and to have an inherited ring cleaned and repaired. Unfortunately, they don’t sell extenders however I purchased a 16” chain and Ralph made 4 extenders for me. Also, the ring was so old and black from tarnish that I considered it a loss. I took the chance and Ralph did magic and made them new again! I’m thrilled! Thank you guys ?”
