“I’ve been a customer for a few years and I always leave feeling satisfied and treated like a friend! Recently, I went in to purchase SS necklace extenders and to have an inherited ring cleaned and repaired. Unfortunately, they don’t sell extenders however I purchased a 16” chain and Ralph made 4 extenders for me. Also, the ring was so old and black from tarnish that I considered it a loss. I took the chance and Ralph did magic and made them new again! I’m thrilled! Thank you guys ?”
“I really enjoy visiting this store. The staff is super friendly and they prices are very fair. I done several FFL transfers here and they are quick to call you when your product arrives, the prices are good, they are open 6 days a week and have very accommodating hours of operation. I’ve also pawned some items here and their purchase prices are fair here also. Great place to shop and support a locally owned family business.”

“We had such an awesome experience at Claire’s, all thanks to Irene! My daughter was super nervous about getting her ears pierced, and Irene was absolutely incredible. She was so patient, gentle, and kind — seriously, she made all the difference. Irene took her time explaining everything, talked my daughter through each step, and really helped her feel calm and brave. If it wasn’t for Irene, I don’t think she would’ve gone through with it!
There was also another amazing staff member (I didn’t catch her name), who helped calm my daughter’s nerves and even walked around the store with her afterward to pick out some cute accessories. The whole team was just so sweet and supportive.
