“Realized this morning that my phone was not holding charge so I visited the Metro store closest to home. Francisco was great. I told him my budget & my needs he made a couple of suggestions & then recommended one he knew to be the better phone. He answered my many questions with patience & good humour, all the while setting up my new phone & transferring all my "stuff" (photos, contacts & apps) seamlessly from old to new. “I would like to Recognize Michelle and Sammy at the Bartow Florida Walmart They were extremely helpful and making it a joyable shopping experiencing helping to show me where things were and to check out after my major surgery made your surgery they didn't even know I had she was happy to point me out that items I was looking for and I was looking for. And Sammy was happy to check me out I would like to compliment them and make it known that they are excellent employees to take pride in their job and should be rewarded and acknowledged for their excellence and given a raise if possible. My name is Diana SIENKIEWICZ I shop there on Monday October 3rd or 4th and on Saturday the on Saturday the 8th of October while I was out of town and they were the most lovely people there was an excellent staff at that store and they were exceptional above all. I did not get a photo of Sammy I was exhausted from driving from Gainesville Florida for 6 days from all the storm problems I was stuck in the woods. They made my week. And pray Jesus protects them and keep them in all their ways for being such kind people, Wal-mart is lucky to have them.”

Although the system encountered issues accepting the trade-in, the gentleman assisting me was exceptionally friendly, personable, and made every effort to resolve the situation. Despite the rare occurrence of a technical hiccup, his dedication to helping, rather than just selling, stood out. This level of customer service makes this T-Mobile location truly fantastic.
