“Both the store manager Stephen and the associate Neseciy that helped me were very patient. I came in with my two year-old daughter who would not sit still they provided a posterboard and a marker for her so that she could draw and color while I went through my transaction. My daughter also kept taking things off of the display shelf, which they were somewhat OK with and not bothered by, the process was lengthy, but they stayed patient calm and thoughtful throughout the entire experience.”

One stop shop and fix..I sat there and watched these guys sell, repair, upgrade everyone in the store with their knowledge and skills. Metro has a gold mine right here in town. A gem of a place. “Excellent service from Jeidi this truly was the best experience we ever had with t mobile. My husband and I were going in just to review our account and switch a current number from one phone to another however it truly became a much more incredible visit with several of our questions and concerns answered as well as the sales girl was truly phenomenal she took time to see we were currently getting all the discounts that were eligible with our plan and adjusted the errors as much as she could that the haines city store created , im very grateful to Jeadi ( sorry for the spelling ) she was a true blessing and extremely knowledgeable beyond belief as well her personality and sense of humor was truly on point and made our day. Thank you so very much . This is the only location we plan on using other then the app of course lol thank you t mobile.”

“I needed to upgrade two phones, and had prepared by using the My Verizon app. My transaction was complicated by the fact that the second phone is going to a different state and there were some condition issues with the second trade-in device.
I arrived just before the lunch rush. I had to wait about 20 minutes, but I was greeted the moment I walked in and put on the list. Everyone seemed focused on customer service.
My sales associate, Vierna, was excellent, understood all of the complications and appeared to work hard to get me a good deal. I was very happy with the results.
If I'm still alive in 6 years and living in the area, I'll use the same store to upgrade again.”

“They were able to save my phone. It was turning on and off, I brought it to them and they right away said it needed a new battery luckily, they had one in stock. And the phone stopped shutting off on its own.My old battery seemed to be a little swollen. Before I came here, I went to my carrier, and they told me I needed a new phone. Xtreme wireless was able to fix my phone and save everything.I have inside highly recommended them”
