“They were able to save my phone. It was turning on and off, I brought it to them and they right away said it needed a new battery luckily, they had one in stock. And the phone stopped shutting off on its own.My old battery seemed to be a little swollen. Before I came here, I went to my carrier, and they told me I needed a new phone. Xtreme wireless was able to fix my phone and save everything.I have inside highly recommended them”

“Both the store manager Stephen and the associate Neseciy that helped me were very patient. I came in with my two year-old daughter who would not sit still they provided a posterboard and a marker for her so that she could draw and color while I went through my transaction. My daughter also kept taking things off of the display shelf, which they were somewhat OK with and not bothered by, the process was lengthy, but they stayed patient calm and thoughtful throughout the entire experience.”

“I went in with a phone that had locked up on me and I couldn't get into it. Unfortunately, they were unable to access the phone either.I have a limited income for any big purchases. Starting with Vic and intermittent visits from Romeo, they both listened to my issues and asked a few questions, which was more like social time than an interrogation. Together, they pinpointed my best options. Once, my decision was made, they shared stories and walked me through the phones various apps and abilities. Neither one would allow me to leave without feeling comfortable with the phone. Throughout their help, they informed me of the present specials running for accessories. All, the while, checking my account to insure I was receiving all possible deals and discounts, based on my age and account tenure. When I left, I walked out with a new phone along with needed accessories. All of their efforts allowed me to leave with almost the same monthly bill, I previously had. Maybe, the largest impact, I can comfortably say no pressure, I gained some tech knowledge, and I made two new friends. TOP OF THE LINE EXCELLENCE!!”

“I needed to upgrade two phones, and had prepared by using the My Verizon app. My transaction was complicated by the fact that the second phone is going to a different state and there were some condition issues with the second trade-in device. I arrived just before the lunch rush. I had to wait about 20 minutes, but I was greeted the moment I walked in and put on the list. Everyone seemed focused on customer service. My sales associate, Vierna, was excellent, understood all of the complications and appeared to work hard to get me a good deal. I was very happy with the results. If I'm still alive in 6 years and living in the area, I'll use the same store to upgrade again.”
