And the phone stopped shutting off on its own.My old battery seemed to be a little swollen. Before I came here, I went to my carrier, and they told me I needed a new phone. “Both the store manager Stephen and the associate Neseciy that helped me were very patient. I came in with my two year-old daughter who would not sit still they provided a posterboard and a marker for her so that she could draw and color while I went through my transaction. My daughter also kept taking things off of the display shelf, which they were somewhat OK with and not bothered by, the process was lengthy, but they stayed patient calm and thoughtful throughout the entire experience.”

“I recently went here. I recently got a new phone that I had questions about a few things about how the phone worked. The person I was dealing with was wonderful. Very knowledgeable. She would either help you figure it out. Or I just handed the phone over. Told her my issues. She handled it. She answered any questions I had. I am a senior. I have some trouble with technology today”

“I don't usually write reviews but decided to since my experience was so overwhelmingly good.Barbie and Lesly helped me transfer my phone back to Cricket from a different carrier. It took a very long time because of an error on the part of the other carrier. Barbie and Lesly were persistent and patient with me.
