And the phone stopped shutting off on its own.My old battery seemed to be a little swollen. Before I came here, I went to my carrier, and they told me I needed a new phone. “Chris, the manager, is brilliant. Knowledgeable, kind, and will go above and beyond to help his clients. The store is decked out in all manner of Christmas decorations, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. What's especially nice, is he doesn't pressure his guests in his store. She would either help you figure it out. Or I just handed the phone over. Told her my issues. She handled it. She answered any questions I had. I am a senior. It took a very long time because of an error on the part of the other carrier. Barbie and Lesly were persistent and patient with me.
