“I come to this pharmacy all the time and have now for 4 years. I recently lost my health insurance so when I needed medication after being released from the ER, I came here to pick up my prescriptions. There were 3 total and when I heard the price (almost $100) I told the lead pharmacy technician, Makelia W, that I would have to let one of them go because I couldn't afford it. Makelia reassured me that there was a coupon available and my price was literally cut in half!! I cannot express how thankful I am that she did this. She literally went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed. That to me, is exceptional customer service and certainly clear she cares about the field she's in. I could tell she genuinely cared about me being able to get my medications. Thank you so much, and I really appreciate all you do for your customers ?As usual, I will be coming back when I need something. You guys are always so kind and are the best pharmacy I've ever done business with so thank you for all you do you guys! Keep up the awesome job ?”
