“I don't know what happened to my review before but I cannot tell you how blessed I am to have this pharmacy. I cannot express it I can tell you this much I've been at this pharmacy for 11 years the most if you want a pharmacist and his associates who are compassionate and it's not about a pay check He cares about his All his clients they are all professional, compassionate, loyal and trustworthy. I would not and do not trust any other pharmacy but Enoch and his associates His whole team provides excellent service. I highly recommend this pharmacy. The pharmacist knows what he's talking about and takes pride in what he does. It's not a dollar to him. It's about his clients. That's what he's compassionate about and that's what I love all companies. Yes, they care about their income but he goes out of his way to make sure his clients are well taken care of. He goes out of his way and so does his staff. He has so much knowledge and helps you understand and if you don't If you want to go somewhere where you're treated like family Bartow pharmacy is where you need to be like I said I've been here 11 years and I would never go to another pharmacy they are a second family to me and my kids”

“I come to this pharmacy all the time and have now for 4 years. I recently lost my health insurance so when I needed medication after being released from the ER, I came here to pick up my prescriptions. There were 3 total and when I heard the price (almost $100) I told the lead pharmacy technician, Makelia W, that I would have to let one of them go because I couldn't afford it. Makelia reassured me that there was a coupon available and my price was literally cut in half!! I cannot express how thankful I am that she did this. She literally went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed. That to me, is exceptional customer service and certainly clear she cares about the field she's in. I could tell she genuinely cared about me being able to get my medications. Thank you so much, and I really appreciate all you do for your customers ?As usual, I will be coming back when I need something. You guys are always so kind and are the best pharmacy I've ever done business with so thank you for all you do you guys! Keep up the awesome job ?”

“I sent 60 pictures to be printed in the photo department and, due to no fault of the employees, a part of the text on the right side was cut off. After getting home and noticing the issue I called up there and spoke with Trey. He was so wonderful and helpful. He was super apologetic and worked with me to find a solution. And, like I said, this was no one's fault, just a printing machine error. Once I sent him a new image with more border around it, he called me to let me know they looked good and then had them printed within 15 minutes for me because he knew I was in a crunch for them.I hope y'all give that man a raise, he deserves it! ?”
