“I come to this pharmacy all the time and have now for 4 years. I recently lost my health insurance so when I needed medication after being released from the ER, I came here to pick up my prescriptions. There were 3 total and when I heard the price (almost $100) I told the lead pharmacy technician, Makelia W, that I would have to let one of them go because I couldn't afford it. Makelia reassured me that there was a coupon available and my price was literally cut in half!! I cannot express how thankful I am that she did this. She literally went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed. That to me, is exceptional customer service and certainly clear she cares about the field she's in. I could tell she genuinely cared about me being able to get my medications. Thank you so much, and I really appreciate all you do for your customers ?As usual, I will be coming back when I need something.
