“I love the Post Office on Ellis Ave in Lakeland. That's the closest one to me. The clerks know me rather well. Everyone is really very nice an helpful with whatever you need, whether mailing things or getting stamps etc. You can mail packages, envelopes etc. They do tend to get busy now and then especially around the Holidays like Christmas when people are wanting to mail their packages at that time. You can even buy envelopes an boxes for Priority mail to send your things in. The clerks can also give you an address label for your package if you need one. They try an take care of each person as quickly as possible. When you walk into the Post Office, the 1st thing you see is the area with all the post office boxes, that's if you have one. Then go to your right an that's the main part of the post office.”

“Just before closing no line on a Monday night I got in and out buying a prepaid envelope. I've been here during lunch time on a weekday and only one clerk would have to cover a long line. Sometimes I need to buy a stamp or envelope and it can be wait just to that. I always have good customer service on every visit.”

“Been using this P.O. for about 3 yrs now. I have had numerous issues getting packages shipped using internet orders. So frustrating. Also I think our USPS location need longer hrs for doing business. Closing at 12pm everyday just isn't enough time. Umm just noticed an error in posted online hours of operation. Their is never a clerk in office do conduct business after 12pm. They close at 12pm.”

“We LOVE The Bartow Post :) The Carriers we have are FRIENDLY and ACCOMMODATING. Miss Tiffany is our usual Carrier and She's AWE-SOME!!! The Office was SUPER HELPFUL when I had a package there on Christmas EVE that I needed, but didn't get into the Jeep-so they let ME come and pick it up :) GREAT PEOPLE!!”
