What is the point of a line if they let people behind you jump in the front of line for a pick up that takes 10 minutes to resolve? I was waiting in line for 35 minutes to drop off a package that takes less than 30 seconds to do. Absolutely ridiculous.

This place is an absolute joke. No accountability, lazy, and above all ignorant. Always your fault never their own.

We have had issues with package pick-up services for years and they still can't seem to get it right despite the daily pickup request.
