“Kaydence in deli is the go to person. She is welcoming pleasant beautiful smile and soul and the ultimate sub was hmmm hmm good. My husband and I had to thank her and let mgr Kade know and the customer srvc mgr know as well. Kaydence is what you call a real professional greetful pleasant and not judgemental at ALL. “The employees at this store are the best, but today one went above and beyond. This was the fourth day coming to the store to try to pick-up my favorite item and the shelf was empty. After a polite conversation with Lawanda, I asked her about the Pepperidge Farm cookies shelf being empty. She stopped what she was doing, mentioned it was a vendor's product, but would check on that for me. I continued my shopping, bless her heart, she went out of her way to find me in produce with a bag of cookies. I was so touched, being on a fixed income, I only shop once a month and now can't even afford a special treat... she made me smile today. This is great customer service!”
“When I was living in this area for a few months, I discovered this store up the block from my house and rarely went anywhere else. Wide selection of basics, plus specialty Mexican / South American items. Prices are decent and everything is always fresh. Worth visiting.”

Not rude, they stay in contact with you, knowledgeable and customer service is on point. Thank you for understanding my illness and keeping me on track so it won’t cause a flare up as Walmart didn’t care and I was almost was in the hospital. Walmart made me feel like a drug addict and I’m 5 mess for my chronic pain and relapsing multiple sclerosis along with my seizures. Publix understood and has empathy and stated they will make sure I stay on track when I forget due to going through a relax. So thank you again! Many blessings….”

“Stopped here to check my trunk because I kept hearing noises only to find out it was home to number of frogs! Disgusted I sought help and found a wonderful brave man named Gino. I explained to him the situation and he kindly came to remove the frogs and placed them in the bush. What a hero! He was joined by another man who was also lovely but I didn’t catch his name. PROMOTE THESE MEN. They were so kind. Oh and the store itself is lovely and clean.”
“This is my go to store they always have what I need and the staff are all very friendly besides that they a little restaurant inside thats pretty good as well as the taco truck outside all in all it's a great place to stop oh and they also have tons of scratch offs!!”
“A super market (so to speak). Staff is helpful and pleasant. Store is clean. It's stocked with what you'd expect in a well run grocery store. The prices seem reasonable, if a little bit higher than Aldi or Walmart.

“Employees at Northgate Public in Winter Haven are the most useful, courteous and knowledgeable people. They always go the "extra mile" to help a customer. Today (6/27) around 10:30 am, Julio was restocking frozen goods when I was getting ice cream. The item was BOGO and there was only one in the freezer. He checked his cell phone and found there were more in stock. So, he went back and got me another one. (Well, he brought back a whole box and restocked that item.) Thank you for going the extra mile, Julio!”

“We shop here once a week. They have great prices on fruit. They also carry an assortment of German products. They're the only store in the area I've found that sells Marzipan stollen and Kringle at Christmas time.”
