She took the time to get to know me with a friendly phone consultation when I made my appointment. Then when I arrived she promptly thanked me for arriving on time & again asked me questions about myself to familiarize herself with the Real Me!!! This really helped her to find Magical Magnolia Pearl pieces that really made me feel special, from her VAST Collection!!! Plus it was so fun to peruse her wonderful shop!!!!
